NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURNS:
  • Time Frame: You can return the product within 3 days from the receipt of the product.
  • Condition: The product must be in saleable condition.
  • Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for sending the product back to us at their own cost.
  • Refund: A refund will be issued after deducting the freight and packaging charges.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN:

  • Go to the "Contact" section under Customer Service on our website.
  • Fill out your details.
  • Under "Message" mention your Invoice No., & Date of purchase
2. Send Back the Product:
  • Ensure the product is in its original condition.
  • Ship the product back to us at your cost.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Installed products are not eligible for return under the 3-day return policy. 
  • Refund Process:
    • Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, if its in saleable condition, we will process the refund.
    • The refund amount will be the original purchase amount minus the freight and packaging charges.
